Please do not use this form if you have not previously purchased a National Guard Training Center (NGTC) beach parking pass.

You must purchase your first beach parking pass in-person at the NGTC office, so you can present your proof of identity. Afterwards, future parking passes can be purchased online.

2025 NGTC Beach Parking Pass Request Form

General Information:

The beach will be open May 24, 2025 to September 6, 2025.
Eligible Sponsors may purchase up to three Beach Parking Passes per season.
Beach Parking Passes cost $55 each, with a $1.50 service and postage fee for each pass being mailed. Purchased Parking Passes will not be left at the Guard Shack for pickup.

Eligible Sponsors have free access to the NGTC Beach Parking and do not require a Beach Parking Pass. The Passes are purchased for, and used by, friends and family unaccompanied by the Eligible Sponsor.

Eligible Sponsors:

To qualify as an Eligible Sponsor, you must have ID proving you are a member of one of the below groups:

Current NJNG service members
Retired National Guard service members
Current and Retired Active-duty service members
Current and retired DMAVA employees
NJNG – Title 5 Employees
Current or retired NJ State Police
Current or retired Department of Corrections
Current or retired Division of Criminal Justice
Current or retired Juvenile Justice Commission
Sea Girt, Manasquan, and Wall Twp Police, Fire, and EMS/Rescue.
Disabled Veteran or Purple Heart Recipient who holds a service connected disability identification card
Gold star parents and spouses
Spouse of fallen trooper

If you have purchased a NGTC Beach Parking Pass for a prior season and are interested in purchasing a Parking Pass for the upcoming 2025 season, please verify and select the next button below.

Once the form is submitted, a staff member will then reach out to you to complete the purchase process.

PLEASE NOTE:

If this is your first time purchasing a NGTC Beach Parking Pass, do not submit this form.

First time purchasers must present valid identification to confirm they are an Eligible Sponsor. This must be done in person at the National Guard Training Center, Building 7, Room 132, beginning Monday, February 3, 2025, between the hours of 0900 and 1200. Beach parking passes will not be sold after 1200. There are no exceptions.
